This is Cornelis Tromp (yes, TROMP), he was a Lieutenant Admiral in the Dutch Navy in the mid-1600's. Described as a aggressive personality who loved a bit of war on the weekends, he is seen here in an armoured chest plate complete with decorative lion. Tromp was a vain man and had an extremely high opinion of himself, but C'est La Vie...

Features an original artwork print defaced with roughly painted red text - ideal for those needing a little red accent on a darker wall/interior design scheme. 

PRODUCTION INFO

Everything is assembled by hand to the very highest standard:

The artwork is Giclée printed on high-quality gently textured matt art paper and placed within a white mounting. This mount is FSC certified, 100% acid free and will not discolour or fade with age.

The print and mount are protected by either water-white float glass with 90% light-transmission (UK) or UV protected clear acrylic Plexiglass (U.S and Worldwide) and then contained in either a black or white high-quality wooden frame, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish. This frame is 20mm thick at the front and 23mm deep from the side. It's also ready-strung so you can hang it straight out of the box. 

All our prints have a small translucent original artwork credit on the bottom right of image with no other branding or jibber-jabber present.
